First of all, the customer service is second to none! Kate is so friendly and approachable. She answers every question you have with a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make the customer feel confident. Victor is also super polite and very knowledgeable. I felt very safe leaving my car in their hands and they did a fantastic job! I will always recommend this place to everyone I know.

The service I received at Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. Everything from the initial estimate to drop off and pickup was seamless. The quote they provided me was exactly what the final cost was and it was done on time. What really impressed me is that they changed out a broken fog lamp for no additional charge even though it was not part of the damage that was being fixed. Kate and Dan were excellent to work with.

I recently had rear-end damage repaired on my 2007 Honda Accord at Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in (or called), the team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. They explained everything clearly, handled the insurance paperwork smoothly, and kept me updated regularly on the progress—no surprises or delays. The repair work itself looks excellent—the bumper, taillights, and any structural fixes were done with great attention to detail. The paint match is spot-on, and the car drives and looks just like before the accident (maybe even better!). They even cleaned it up nicely inside and out before handing it back. Special shoutout to the staff for their outstanding customer service—they were patient with my questions, accommodating with pickup/drop-off timing, and genuinely cared about getting it right. If you’re dealing with collision damage, I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
