I recently had rear-end damage repaired on my 2007 Honda Accord at Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in (or called), the team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. They explained everything clearly, handled the insurance paperwork smoothly, and kept me updated regularly on the progress—no surprises or delays. The repair work itself looks excellent—the bumper, taillights, and any structural fixes were done with great attention to detail. The paint match is spot-on, and the car drives and looks just like before the accident (maybe even better!). They even cleaned it up nicely inside and out before handing it back. Special shoutout to the staff for their outstanding customer service—they were patient with my questions, accommodating with pickup/drop-off timing, and genuinely cared about getting it right. If you’re dealing with collision damage, I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

They did an excellent job on the repairs, but not sure why they scheduled me, when they did if they had too much work going on at the same time. They did not start any work on my vehicle for the first 2 weeks, which caused them to have my vehicle for 5 weeks.

Helpful and friendly, but I had to initiate the contacts about progress. Automated text messages status reports were not very helpful as they don't provide enough detail. They always said the same thing even though the "headline" implied something happened.
