I think I missed this opportunity in a previous question but as I told Amy and the team, I will tell all of my friends about Caliber! Although I hope to not need to use them again, their customer service and work is outstanding. Far above their competitor.

Amy and her team were outstanding! I made two calls - one to them and one to their competitor who previously worked on my car (because my insurance said they were a preferred location 2 years ago). Once I spoke to Amy, my decision was made. It was further solidified when the competitor called me back 3 days later (rude). Amy is outstanding, calming, reassuring, clear and concise. Everyone is just so friendly and communicates so well. Customer Service is hands down an A+++

I really appreciated getting a print out of the expected damages and costs prior to actually starting the repair and then the updates as the repair went along. I was also extremely grateful for the rental car because I only have one car and so being able to get around was a big deal - having that rental car provided through Caliber was just that extra icing on top to make it a great experience. When I picked up my car, she was super clean and looked perfect! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and I will definitely consider going back if I ever need other repairs.
