Caliber Collision on River Road, Naperville, IL provides top notch service. I had used this team once before (when they were under a different company name) for a prior repair and they did such a great job and were lovely to work with, which made them my first thought when this second repair was needed. The employees are wonderful to work with, specifically Amy and Frank. I received updates while my vehicle was in their care and received perfect customer service during drop off and pick-up in the office. My vehicle looked good as new when it was done. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the car. Dust everywhere on the inside of the car. With black seats and black pants, it was not a nice picture. I was also told they were going to fill my tank with gas. It was a little more than half a tank which I thought after a bill of $11,000 it would have been a fill up. It was fuller when I had the accident.

First I questioned about a chip in my windshield and do were told the insurance company would not fix it but I was not informed. I would thought about getting that fixed while it was in. I get my car back after 10 days and my windshield wiper solution was empty just forgot to film it. I filled it and it all run out of the bottom. I work out of state and now I have to it there and back again without fluid. I am not pleased
