I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision. My repair came just two days after the passing of my 19-year-old daughter, during one of the most difficult times of my life. Megan was my point of contact at both drop-off and pickup, and she treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion throughout the entire process. At a time when even simple responsibilities felt overwhelming, Megan and the Caliber team made everything as easy as possible. The entire experience had nothing but a positive impact on me, and that meant more than they may ever realize. Megan was super sweet and helpful in explaining everything and keeping me up to date on the status of my car the entire time. I was able to leave my rental with them which was super convenient as well. Overall I had a great experience with Caliber, would definitely recommend to anyone!
