The lift gate was still uneven after being repaired, so I had them fix it before I took it home. They did fix it to where it’s more even, but it’s still not quite right. Also, it is very obvious that the new sensor is different from the rest. These things make me concerned for resale value.

The repair looks good and the process went smoothly; however, I did not appreciate having to clean the white or silver film of residue left all over the inside of my car: front/back seats, head rests, dashboard and vents, floors, cracks and crevices had to be wiped down. Why didn’t your team cover my seats, interior? Is that the norm?

The team was very friendly and accommodating. I had originally gotten a quote for my repair at the West Nashville location, but when it came time for me to drop off my car, they said they couldn’t make room for me. Your team made room for me, came in under the estimate, kept me updated via text messages as promised, did a great repair job, AND cleaned up my car inside and out, all in less time than anticipated. I had actually told several people throughout the process just how happy I was with the service I was given. So thank you!!
