Nathan was awesome. He updated me regularly. He was professional and did an amazing job. I understand he is new(ish) to his role and as someone who researches consumer satisfaction, I’ll tell you he was most impressive. The young lady at the reception area was also wonderful. From start to finish my experience at Caliber was first rate! I was rear ended and had damage to the back side of my vehicle. I was dreading going through the repair process, but everyone at Caliber was great. Tripp in particular did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to fix my car and a realistic estimate of how long it would take. (The repairs were actually finished earlier, which was nice). He also was a great communicator throughout the process, even when we hit a hiccup with the insurance. Additionally, when I arrived to drop off my car for repairs, my Enterprise rental car was waiting for me and when I came to pick up my own car, I was able just to leave my rental car at Caliber. It was an amazingly seamless process and I could not be more satisfied.
