Kim was incredibly helpful from the first time I called, going out of her way to help when people at other companies had given me incorrect information. Abby was knowledgeable, helped me understand what needed to be done and checked, and completed the repair faster than expected.

I was very happy with the repair and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I was frustrated with the timeline, but things happen and parts are delayed. They made arrangements for the rental to be picked up from the shop so I didn’t have to worry about that return to enterprise. The end result is my car looks great and I am back on the road.

The repair was exceptional. Mostly cosmetic and they made sure no damage was done to my axle. The also performed an alignment! It took longer than originally estimated and in order to get my car back to me sooner, they had Ricky come to my home to sand and paint my wheel. It looks incredible - Very pleased with the service, with Kim, Abby and the rest of the crew who worked on my car. I’m very satisfied.
