Excellent customer service. I hope I don't ever need a body shop's services again, but if I do, I will definitely call you guys. Thanks for your professionalism and courtesy.

While the repairs were satisfactory in the end, my experience was Far from it. Instead of the 2-3 weeks I was estimated, the repairs took over a month because the shop damaged my car further while in their shop. While in the paint shop, someone opened a door into a pole causing damage. They had to take the car back to the body shop to repair that. Then, when the car was all done, they were buffing it and broke my gas cap and cover off the car. They ordered a new one and it is clearly not a VW part. While it fits the car, the gas cap doesn't fit in the cover holder and so the cap just hangs down scratching the paint whenever I have to get gas. Finally, I found my tire tool lying in my cup holder after I drove off. It was clearly just thrown in at the last minute and broke my cup holder and coaster. I don't even know how to begin to get that fixed. They were also supposed to clean the interior (as promised by the insurance company) and also because the one time I dropped by the paint shop, all the windows were down allowing dust and paint to get inside. I did get updates by text but they never replied to any of my texts or questions unless I would call and speak to them personally. I think that just about covers everything.

I would not recommend this shop because of the customer service issue. Knowing that you call customers last minute after not speaking to them all day is not something my friends would appreciate. Everyone (including you guys) is very busy and can not be called last minute.

Ok, so here's what happened. The lady I worked with was very kind and respectful. There was a communication break down when it came time for the vehicle to be finished. She called that morning and said the vehicle was almost finished and would call me back. I did not hear from her all day. Then at like 5:15 (as I'm driving my son to baseball practice in Canyon Lake) she calls and was very rushed and hurried and said I needed to come get my vehicle. I explained that I could come get it in the morning and she (after putting me on hold) reluctantly agreed that would work. So, while none of this is a big deal, it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth about the customer service end of things. Also, when I called I did not feel like the receptionist was very friendly. I understand that Caliber is a busy shop, but I think that I can be spoken to in a friendly manner, and she is NOT friendly. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, but am trying to provide feedback of my experience so that your team can im
