Repairs were fine, so far, but it was so what disturbing that I was getting updated about my completion date and then soon changed it again and again. That happened numerous times. It is a little disheartening. Sometimes less is more when things change constantly.

Shelley & Justin were great, explaining every step. They paid attention to detail including retrieving my deer whistles from my old bumper. Beau Jones runs a good shop and they pay attention to their customers' needs. I would recommend Caliber Collision on TX-46 to friends and family. My car looks fantastic!

I made an appointment for an estimate which I made but 2 days later I had a phone call saying it had been there. The process from estimate to pick up was 6 weeks for a repair to the bumper. After the estimate was complete and the insurance had cut the check it was a week before I was contacted for an appointment which was another 10 days. I had an appointment to drop it off and I still waited almost 30 minutes before the service advisor saw me. The paperwork had not been printed prior.
