Wow, this was the best. From the time I left my car until I picked it up ...the customer service was top rate. My Caliber representative was considerate and timely in update calls about progress on my vehicle. They worked very well with my insurance company and the rental car company.

Informed car was ready to pick up following their test drive. Very noticeable engine noise when we started it. They took it back and replaced the serpentine belt which resolved that problem. Engine compartment was very dirty, but we accepted it and drove away. That evening I noticed the right fog lamp inoperative. Bottom line is that they need to improve quality control. Not impressed at all.
