This is more about customer service than my vehicle getting fixed. The vehicle turned out fine. I was told at the end of the day on Thursday July 2nd to come pick up my vehicle, with no one informing me that the next day, friday July 3rd would be considered an observational holiday for July 4th, and the shop would be closed for the entire weekend starting Friday. I figured this out on my own after returning my rental, getting a ride FROM THE RENTAL PLACE to go pick up my vehicle, only to then learn that that caliber would be closed for the whole weekend. The rental company then left me without a vehicle for the entire weekend. Great experience!!!

Amazing Service! The work done was faster than expected and looks great. Lange kept me updated and coordinated the pick up. In addition, I was able to get some more work done on the car and that was very helpful. I’ll be coming back for future instances. Great job to the Caliber Team!
