I recently brought my Mazda CX-5 in for repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Randy. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. Randy took the time to ensure the new part was installed perfectly and double-checked everything to make sure there were no lingering issues before handing the keys back. What I appreciated most was the communication—he kept me updated on the status of the repair throughout the entire process, so I was never left wondering. If you're looking for a mechanic who is technically skilled and provides top-notch customer service, ask for Randy. I’ll definitely be back for future needs! Also, technician(Isaias) also helped Randy very well to fix the car successfully.
