I was anxious about having a repair done so far away from home (NYS) but your team put me completely at ease and went the extra mile to ensure my travel timeline went uninterrupted and I am still on schedule. The team was outstanding. Once they realized that I was traveling they pushed my repair to the front of the line. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician and the manager. I give them 10+ stars. They were all wonderful and I am very grateful and pleased that they were the ones who did the repair.

There is one part that Caliber indicated they would order, paint and ship to the house for us to install. Not an issue with us, just waiting for that part.
