Stephen at Caliber was very friendly, professional and helpful during the process of repairing my truck. They actually finished ahead of schedule. The repair job looks great and they had to follow up with a small adjustment which only took a day. I would recommend this shop for anyone needing body repairs or paint.

Matt was awesome. Great job on the repair - it is frustrating that State Farm would not authorize review of the sunroof and issue at idle / transmission concern, but that is not the fault of Caliber. Great job.

The stress that this interaction and experience cause me is the reason why I would not recommend anyone to this company maybe the sister company Virginia Beach but not the one here in Norfolk.

Kept my car longer than projected due to miscommunication on Calibers behalf due to text request by myself. The website doesn’t specify what’s going on with the car. The arbitrary mishaps like draining battery and empty gas tank when it was dropped off full were the straw that broke the proverbial camels back.
