I would recommend Caliber to everyone. They were thorough, provided feedback to me on the status of my car every few days, got my car back to it’s condition quickly, and most of all I trusted the man who worked in my car. They know how to deal with the Insurance companies and have an established relationship with the car rental Co. I wish I had known about them a few years back. God Bless them and the Company.

Great company. Michael is so nice and very competent. I receive texts every few days to update me on the progress. They are very familiar with dealing with the insurance companies. They repaired my car quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very little stress involved. Thank you for your competence.

Picked my truck up today 3/20...The repair looks good...BUT...when I dropped off my truck there was nothing wrong with my oil...on my way back to work...the oil light came on...that warning light has never been on...now my oil warning light is on& I have no idea why... checked my oil...it was bone dry...I know its an older truck so i constantly check for leaks...I have none...I truly hope caliber collision can take care of the problem that I did not have before my truck went in their shop for weeks!!!! I really can not understand why my truck is now not operable & some sort of insulation was left in my back seat...like I said the body work looks good... but the care of my truck completely takes away from the finished result...I am extremely disappointed in the fact I have to wait until Tuesday to be seen...I should have been seen today because the job is not done if something is now not working after it has been in your possession for weeks. Extremely frustrated& disappointed!!!!!!!

The staff was really great, my car came back quickly, I got text updates the entire time so I knew exactly when it was gonna be delivered and what stage of the repair they were in. I showed up dropped my car off. They drove me to get the rental car, when I showed back up I just dropped the rental car to them. Pick my car up and I was gone. It was very quick and easy.

Customer service felt like they were trying to hold the vehicle for an Unnecessary long period of time and I got my vehicle back with an engine light do to them taking the bumper off and not putting it back on properly

As I drove the car home I noticed my a/c started blowing hot air. The car was running very hot. I stopped and ended up putting just over a gallon of coolant in it after I let it cool. The car only has a 2 gallon coolant capacity and it was down 1 gallon? That is unacceptable.
