I want to that the receptionist for her amazing customer service. Steve on hope thats his name. He explain everything to me that was going to be done to my car and that I will receive text messages throughout the process and thats exactly what happened. He walked around the car when in picked not up and explained everything that was done and everything o should not do because it may damage the paint.

I was not super pleased with the fact that I went to pick my vehicle up the first time and nobody had looked it over and they didn't actually complete the job. The second time I went to pick the vehicle up when it was completed, they must have left my windows down the entire time they had the truck. I've never seen my interior that dirty. I would highly suggest having someone look over the vehicles and clean them up before returning them to the owner. I would also suggest not leaving someone's car windows down. The guy that I met with and talked to was great, and the lady at the front desk was great.
