Thank you very much. Amir was always SUPER friendly. The second front desk guy who worked after Amirs shift was super duper friendly. I'm just confused why Josue told me that the place would be locked up at 5:30 on the dot on pickup day... when it seems like there was a new person taking over the late shift after Amir, and it was possible to get there a little bit later since the car was only going to be ready at 4, not leaving me much of a window before closing. So far the work seems to be 96/100. There is one small crack in the new paint that shouldn't be there. The rest looks great. I don't think the small crack can be fixed without taking my car apart again, but you can tell me if I'm wrong. Thank you very much.

The repairs to my vehicle were more than adequate. I was thrilled to see my vehicle after the repairs were completed. The Caliber Collision team definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They even went on to wash the exterior of the vehicle and vacuum/clean the interior of the vehicle as an extra professional gesture. (A very nice touch on their part). I’ll definitely keep Caliber Collision in mind if I’m ever involved in another car accident or need a body work for a vehicle in the future. My sincere thanks to the Caliber Collison in Rockville, MD. (Especially Amir and Gabriel 🤙🏾✊🏽)

During our most recent visit to Caliber Collision, we experienced the same excellent service we have always received in the past. Noteworthy was the exceptional assistance provided by Mr. Gabriel Wilson who personally expedited the repair of our Traverse. The workmanship of the repair was of the usual high quality we have come to expect and everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful. We’ll be back if we need auto repairs in the future. My car was broken into in the parking lot and items were stolen. All of the items were left all over the floor of my car when I picked the car up. The car should have been locked while under your care.
