Between what I experienced and what a neighbor is experiencing, I am reluctant to recommend Caliber. In the neighbor's case, Caliber told her that they had repaired her vehicle and gave it back to her, only to find that you had not repaired the frame damage. She (Nancy Freider) took the car back and is still waiting for it to be fixed while she is paying out of pocket for a rental. She is not getting communication from her service advisor except to be told that they don't know where her car is. I saw it on the Caliber lot.

Gabriel was friendly and communicated the status of the repair throughout the process. My issue was that he had agreed to sand and overpaint some dings in a mirror and to give me an estimate for repairing a door. When I picked up the car, he had not painted the mirror and did not have an estimate for the door.
