The only reason why I give it a five is because of the parking lot. The parking lot is extremely scary I was very nervous to leave my car there it's too small and they just have cars parked everywhere. This location definitely needs to invest in additional property on the side so cars can park get in and get out easily. They are current parking situation is extremely congested

The repair looks good but it took a long time and they really did not keep me updated until after I would call to check I asked them to look at something I wanted done why it was there and they never looked and gave me a estimate and just said sorry we did not do it. Very crowded. Took my car there because that is where insurance said to go. Do not think I would go back

I was hung up on multiple times. The estimation process was a nightmare. Communication was awful. I repeatedly asked about extending the rental car beyond the estimated time and they said they would pay for the difference if it takes longer than the estimate. I stated “I’m going out of pocket for the rental car” and they said okay. They flat out lied and cost me about 500 dollars in rental extensions. An abjectly horrible experience.

Where is the money I spent on rentals. And you didn’t come in on time at all. You also did no walk through on pickup. You had my car boxed in when I got there
