I had to bring my car back several times due to sloppy repairs such as light not sitting flush, clear coat in a dollop on the hood, there was some random white paint on the side of the car. I could see the bolts under the hood wheb I was standing next to the car. The paint was rinsed off first day and the hood tightened slightly but I was told thats how the car was brought to them. Nobody thought to double check everything else. Today, I did speak with the manager who made sure it was made right. My frustration is yes it should have never been allowed to leave the way it did but when I pointed things out, nobody thought to check over the entire repair. The light was gaped on one side and when they brought it back to the front for me in about 10 minutes that part was closed but the light was still misaligned so that was a second opportunity for them to fix it. It should not have taken a manager and a third time to make sure there were no issues. I'm disappointed that my repair wasn't taken seriously initially. I believed in the caliber collision brand and now I'm not sure.
