Jon is as excellent. I had shopped around and others tried to take advantage of me. He was honest, walked me through what to expect and kept me informed during the repairs. The work was good but I expected that. If I need work in the future I will come back because of the customer service Jon provided.

Two weeks to repair a small hood dent ( a new hood was eventually installed) is a lengthy amount of time. I received a phone call on Monday of week two indicating the car would likely be finished soon, and a follow up call Thursday. At 5:15 on Friday evening i was told the car was ready and needed to be picked up by 5:45! That short notice was impossible to comply with. Because the shop didnt have time to call earlier ( according to them they were busy all day)I had to pay for a rental car until Monday. I won't be recommending Calibre to my insurance company or others.

Did not hear from caliber week one. They called week 2 and indicated the quarter sizedent in the hood required total hood replacement. They aimed to have this repair complted by Friday. Received followup call on Thursday they expected the job to be done Friday but would call to confirm. At 5:15 pm Friday they called and said to pick up the car by 5:45. Really?
