Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. I was always informed of the status of the process by text message as well as over the phone to further explain the details. I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon...but will definitely return if I need it.

The Caliber team was very kind and professional. They kept me informed all the time about any update on my vehicle’s repair. They did also a great job. My Jeep was repaired and I cannot see any sign that the rear part including the lift gate were replaced. The white color was perfectly matched to the existing parts. I certainly recommend to contact them in the case of anyone needs a professional job done.
