I mean, nothing was repaired, unfortunately, but that's just because insurance decided to total it. I'm sure they would have done a great job had my car been repaired!

The experience was very disappointing. I would never have thought a bumper replacement and minor body work would take 6 weeks to repair. You’d think I was having a new car assembled ☹️. Caliber knew this was my only vehicle. When picking up my vehicle I was told they were experiencing personnel problems. That shouldn’t be the customer’s issue. Very disappointed. How can approximately 30 hours of labor take 6 weeks?!

Great experience from start to finish, done sooner than expected, technician (Isay) did a great job, looks great! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Oak Creek for repairs.
