Everyone I dealt with was upbeat, thorough, and knowledgeable. From my initial phone conversation with Emmy Lou, who assisted me with the rental car process, until I picked up my vehicle from Kelly. Kelly did a great job keeping me informed about what repairs were being done, and when they would be completed. She also informed me about possible repairs I may need unrelated to this claim that she noticed while inspecting my vehicle. My overall experience was excellent! I hope to not need their services, but I would definitely be back if necessary. Thank you to all involved in my very positive experience with Caliber Collision.
