Customer service was beyond expectations. Updates were consistent. Eric and rest of the team there were very courteous & responsive when there was a mix up with my insurance. I called several times to sort it out and they were friendly during every call. Reassured it was going to work out and it was. Bonus was they provided me with a ride back home after I dropped car off.
