Caliber collision on 11th St. in Oakland was so amazing! Everyone there was extremely polite and did their utmost to make sure that the repair process went as smoothly as possible. People are kind on the phone, people are very Customer Service oriented once you arrive. I felt thoroughly taking care of. They did all the calls with my insurance company and made sure that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
