Customer service was UH-MAZING. It was a pleasant experience to interact with individuals (specifically, DuMauriea Banks) who are emotionally intelligent, i.e. pick up on emotional and verbal queues of the customers and relieved any anxiety/frustrations by quickly addressing the concerns. He did very well in deescalating situations when there were high emotions from the customer, as he always found a solution to any problem that arose. Very compassionate to customer's with high sensitivity. Overall, fantastic quality customer service.
