It was a great experience all around, from the first phone call to driving off with my repaired car. The woman who helped me at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and great (I’m unfortunately blanking on her name.) Ali, who helped me with my claim, was also great. And the repairs were done far more quickly than anticipated!

The repairs were expected but the following made the whole experience exceptional: 1) I realized after a day I’d dropped off my car for repairs I needed my car in time before a road trip and Caliber was able to assure me they would do their utmost to get my car done on time in the morning of my trip or earlier, 2) they contacted Enterprise Car Rental to pick me up 3) I received a message that my car was ready before the weekend and I didn’t have to wait till next Tuesday morning! 4) the car came back very clean 5) they were able to confirm my deductible was waived without much hassle, and 6) as I parked my car and got into my rental car to return it, Ali came out and told me I could leave it with him as Enterprise would pick the car up from his location! This saved me at least half an hour to 45 minutes! I would definitely recommend Caliber to others.

Car was not ready when we called ahead to pick it up. Parking and navigating at the shop are terrible.
