I love everything about working Caliber Collision. I am extremely appreciative of your customer service, communications, and quality of work. I didn’t like being upsold to buy / install two new tires that I really didn’t need at nearly twice the rate of local tire shops.

I appreciated the updates on the status of my vehicle. But I would’ve appreciated notification that I should bring gasoline for my vehicle. It was stressful when I turned on my vehicle and it said empty 0 miles. Decided to risk and drove .5 mile to nearest gas station I knew of.

From the moment I came to Caliber, the entire team made this experience feel manageable, supportive, and genuinely caring. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated. I signed up for text communication updates, which made everything seamless and stress-free. Every step of the process was communicated clearly, and nothing was done without keeping me informed first. The timely calls, updates, and transparency gave me so much peace of mind. A special thank you to Frank, the manager, whose level of care goes far beyond just the vehicle itself. He truly cares about the human side of these situations and made me feel safe, supported, and looked after during a difficult experience. That kind of leadership is rare. Victor and Diedra were also wonderful throughout the process. The repairs were completed with the utmost care, quality, and attention to safety — and they even returned my car fully cleaned, which was such a thoughtful touch. What stood out most is that you can genuinely feel the pride and heart this team puts into their work. They care deeply about their customers, their craft, and the people who come through their doors facing unexpected challenges. They turned a stressful situation into something positive, and for that I’m truly grateful. My Experience At Caliber Collision was nothing less than amazing The staff were extremely knowledgeable and supportive And the service was fast and reliable I literally dropped my Car off On Monday They called On Thursday I have never experienced such service and they were very Understanding Especially Tony And Deidre I from the very I was dismissed or ignored My vehicle had to stay some extra time and There was no up charge which I really appreciated especially Paying out of pocket, Highly recommend.
