I paid my $500 deductable 04-23-26 and I liked most of the work. All but my drives side door was damaged in the accident ant not repaired. I drove my car from Oakland to Portland and it still needs work. My enterprise car rental ends tomorrow but my drivers side door will need to get goxed by a Portland Oregon acalliber Collision Shop. If there was a higher score I would have to give them the highest! They were so accommodating and personable! Victor really listened and really took the time to look over both of our vehicles which had just had vandalism done to them! He helped us coordinate the repairs so that we would have at least one vehicle to drive while the other was being fixed! The shop completed the repairs as agreed and in the time they predicted the repairs would happen! Even the assistant at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! We especially liked the popcorn in the lobby! Thank you Caliber Collision for making me feel like part of your family! Evelyn, Joe and Nala 🐕
