It was unacceptable how long you all kept my car. I found Franklins actions unprofessional and because of his vacations, my car was all forgotten about and I had to pay the consequences. I gave the shop the go ahead to work on my car, but even so, it still took way took long for the work it needed. I won’t be recommending this shop to anyone.

The staff (shout out to Edgar and Deirdre) were very helpful and efficient. We are very happy with the work, and in addition, they were able to deliver our car to our driveway (down the street) as we were away. We appreciated that very much.
