It seemed disorganized. I got lots of mixed messages, got shunted around to different Caliber people all over the country. But I chalk they up to taking my car in while the shop was undergoing a change in ownership. By the end things were fine, and the work was good.

All the personnel were very helpful. I would like to especially thank Danny Chao for being so thorough in his handling of my damaged vehicle. He told me exactly what would happen and gave an accurate timetable for the repairs. He was friendly and helpful. An excellent employee. Thanks Michael O'Shea
