Service and communication and attitude of staff was all great . Car could have been vacuumed a bit better as there were footprints left in various places and car had been left outside and was relatively clean but spotted from dust and rain or dew .

Timeline was as expected, i really liked the text updates *** working at a dealership with a body shop that takes way too long— the text updates did prevent me from needing to call and bother you — this was 10/10

Communication by far was the best I have ever experienced with car repairs. Whether there was an update to share or not, I was provided with information on a daily basis if not more frequently. I appreciate that Austin took the time to do this. In regards to my repairs everything looks great. Finally they took the extra steps to clean out the interior front of my car and vacuumed and clean my mats after a long winter I was so excited that they weren’t full of salt anymore. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this location and Austin.

Upon permission to actually take the vehicle to another caliber I felt gatekept. After going to another Caliber location they didn't want to take my car for the additional repairs or warranty work. For some reason I felt as if this was to just push me back to the original shop.

Left headlight and both fog lights do not work even though I was charged for all of them. Only passenger side light works. Extremely disappointed when I have not had the car for almost 6 weeks.
