The customer service was amazing. So polite, fast and efficient. I was texted the entire process of my car being fixed. They let me know everything that was being done. Not to mention they cleaned my car so nice and I was so not expecting it.

Frank did a a great job being present and walking around the car while dropping it off, the kind woman working today (6/5 at 11:00) was incredibly mindful and thoughtful with her interactions. Julia was helpful and knowledgeable with her messages. My repairs were done perfectly my car looks fantastic. I am so pleased with the efficiency and thoughtfulness of the crew at caliber collision!
