Came to pick up car and was treated like I had the plague. Horrific customer service. Was literally booted from the building because I was not wearing a face mask because of the fake virus. Would never have chosen this place if I had known they were going to be crazy. Maybe they should be sure to wear aluminum foil on their heads too! Had to stand out in the cold rain waiting to sign for the car. Awful experience. Will be telling others to avoid.

Laurie Winzenried at the Oconomowoc location was incredibly helpful. Very professional, efficient, and accommodating. She exceeded my expectations by helping coordinate the pick-up/drop-off with Enterprise, making the situation immensely less stressful for me while I was at work juggling phone calls with the insurance company, auto shop (getting mechanical work done before arriving at Caliber Collision), and preoccupied with my actual job. Thank you so much! Because of her this process was a seamless transition between vehicles while repairs were completed.
