They did a great job repairing the damage to my car and completed it one day earlier than estimated. However I had an issue with a $100 charge to calibrate a sensor in my CRV’s passenger seat, supposedly “required by Honda”. The damage was limited to my rear hatch so there was no logical or obvious connection to a sensor in my passenger seat. Had to call this out as BS. This kind of thing unnecessarily drives up repair costs. Just because insurance will cover it doesn’t make it right. I would be ok with it if someone could clearly show why replacing a rear hatch requires calibration of a passenger seat sensor. Thanks.

I was not informed that I shouldn't run my vehicle through an automatic carwash for 60-90 days after the repair. That was told to me by a friend, so I had to call to confirm if that was true, which it was, and what would happen if I had used a carwash. In the end I had to cancel my carwash subscription.

Communication was great along the way. They assisted and were knowledgeable with all aspects of the accident from coordinating with insurance to car rentals and the work done on my Toyota Camry looks very good. I highly recommend Caliber after this experience.

Overall, the repair looks nice. It was a good job. However, I didn’t realize until I was nearly home that my driver’s side front turn signal wasn’t working. It was working when I brought the car in for repair. This is also the site where the repair was located. Those lights had to be removed for the repair. Cosmetically the repair looks good…
