The back end of my car looked great, and the recalibration of the cars computer system seems to have resolved some issues about the tire monitor, along with some new seat vibrations that weren't there before. I only just got it back today so if more or something different comes up I will let caliber collision know. Thank you Rose

The end result was good. But it took 3 tries. The first time we showed up when bumper wasn’t painted or prepped correctly. Second, it was painted but didn’t fit correctly, Third they ordered new parts and it was finished well. However, each time we had to catch the problems. There isn’t good QA here. It also took weeks for what was a simple bumper cover.

The person that scheduled my repair was incredibly helpful and kind. The dropoff was super easy. The person that called to let me know it was done was great. Pickup was easy and straightforward. All staff had great customer service skills. No complaints about the repair itself. It was done quicker than anticipated and it looks great. 10 out of 10 experience.

The quality of the work was very good. The text notifications are really nice. The Caliber staff were very helpful. Follow up items were communicated before I picked the car up. The car was clean. However, I thought someone would do a final car walk around when I was handed the keys to review the work performed. Would I recommend Caliber, absolutely.
