Mac was rude over the phone and in person. One guy was also un-professional as he spoke about another coworker. My family has been utilizing this company even when it was still Abra, however, this time has been disappointing for sure. The repair itself was fine, however, The customer service was absolutely pathetic. “Mac” did not have the correct information even though it was addressed over the phone, and the team kept calling my mom’s cellphone even though I explicitly told them that my mom has nothing to do with anything, and we removed her number from the paperwork. They kept calling my mom as she was attending to a family death and funeral (which I communicated to “Mack” as well). They kept apologizing yet continued to do call my mom anyway
