The quality of the work was very good. The text notifications are really nice. The Caliber staff were very helpful. Follow up items were communicated before I picked the car up. The car was clean. However, I thought someone would do a final car walk around when I was handed the keys to review the work performed. Would I recommend Caliber, absolutely.

The finished repair is fine. My concerns or frustrations are as follows: 1. Initial estimated completion date was way off (July 10) 2. When we picked up the car, nobody walked us out to the vehicle and explained what all work was completed. 3. The car was returned filthy. A thin film of Dust everywhere, and I am confident it is in the seats and requires a good cleaning. Which means I now have work to do. What was good: 1) once repair work began, there was good communication. 2) the quality of work seems to be very strong and appreciated.
