Aside from the detailer side swiping my truck and not getting it back sooner you guys were absolutely awesome, i appreciate everything you guys did and the truck looks immaculate

On the drive home my wife noticed a sound while driving. Upon inspection after arriving home we found none of the air deflector shields underneath were replaced or installed. On the driver side near the wheel a large chunk of the original deflector is still being held by a single fastener allowing it to pivot and drag on the ground. Scrap marks are obvious on the piece that is still attached. Without the deflectors there is significant road/wind noise.

When you leave something inside your car, that is very important and it ends up missing after you took it to your place to get it worked on and now my trailer plate end up missing out of my truck. It was there when I dropped it off when I picked it so yes, I am very unsatisfied of how this was handled today. I think anybody would be kind of mad and being that way because of something end up missing out of a vehicle that you trusted to stay inside your vehicle ended up missing, so yeah I was kind of disappointed and kind of mad so yeah, I will never bring my truck back to your shop ever again. I will find somewhere else to take it.
