My wheel bend isn’t still bent. The bumper was not replaced so it still has scratches, and deep paint chips. They said they weren’t “given permission” to fix the bumper, even though it clearly connects to the original damage/ other piece of car. In addition, they cheated out by grounding down my tire instead of getting me a new one! Which is insane because the front right area of the car, including the front right wheel took MOST of the damage.

Your customer service is stellar, and Brian in particular has been excellent in keeping me posted, following up, etc. Although I suspect it is not your fault and it is actually a Honda problem, nonetheless it took me 2 1/2 months and a sizable rental car fee before I took delivery. The car looks outstanding, drives well so far, and extra attention was paid to cleaning, a full tank, etc. I am very much 50-50.

I was not aggressive in shopping companies for timelines, relying on my insurance carrier or recommendations. I would not do that again, and I do not suggest that anyone pursue that route without validation.

From an appearance standpoint, the car looks excellent, but since there was so much damage to the steering mechanism, I would like to drive it a while to see if anything develops. Certainly right now at the beginning everything is working well.

Brian was an outstanding communicator, but his messages need to be synced with the automatic text updates because they often conflict creating unrealistic expectations both ways.
