So when I dropped my vehicle off, I was greeted by Camille. She was amazing , very professional. She walked me through the procedure, answered my questions and really just made me feel comfortable! She introduced me to Austin, who took me out to my vehicle and we talked about the repairs that needed to be done. He too was very thorough and professional, and answered all my questions. I received an estimate for the repairs later on that day and also a completion time of 10 days. I was kept informed of their progress with updates, which I really appreciated.. what really impressed me was on the seventh day I was contacted and told that my vehicle was ready for pick up! My car looks amazing. They have a very high-quality of workmanship and again the most impressive part was it was done three days early! Camille took the time to go over my invoice making sure I understood and had no questions. Austin took me out to the vehicle and went over what repairs they did and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Again, I would like to commend both Camille and Austin for their great customer service and making me feel very comfortable through the entire process. I will definitely be recommending Caliber Collision to all my friends and family! Thank you for your outstanding work!

So I could not be happier with the service that I had at caliber collision. From the very start dealing with Camille and Austin you couldn’t ask for better service and customer appreciation. Camille goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and valuable to them as a customer. She was very informative, answered all my questions, and did it with a smile on her face.! Austin took the time before and after to go over the vehicle and make sure I was satisfied with their workmanship. I would highly recommend the shop to everyone. There was a turnkey operation. They even saved me a trip to enterprise by accepting my return rental.. My things go out again to Camille and Austin for the great service they provided

All persons of contact were very courteous. When I went back with a possible unrelated problem they verified all connections were solid. It turns out the problem was a software issue that had to be reset.Thank you
