No issue with any person or how anyone acted. The issue was the communication from day one. Dates kept moving on when to bring in vehicle, staus of the vehicle, nothing matched actual progress. It was always a different excuse Covid, parts, labor, higher priority, or another emergency

They were so kind and communicative about my vehicle repair process. They had my car finished much sooner than I expected which I was so grateful for! Other collision repairs in the area quoted me 3-4 weeks out just to drop my car off and Caliber had mine in their possession and finished within 3.
