The vehicle damage repair appears to be very satisfactory. However, the car has a significant vibration and noise now that it didn’t have prior to the repair that is quite concerning.

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I was contacted by someone in the repair shop that suggested the a/c repair being requested was pre-existing, prior to conducting any tests to determine the cause of the a/c failure, which I found irritating.

The work appears to be flawless. I’m pleased with the outcome! A “10” on a 1-10 scale for sure. I was especially pleased that I was kept updated regularly. I never had to wonder what was taking place with the car. All staff are friendly and courteous and no one was rude or gruff! I would definitely go to Caliber again!
