Service was great. The car came out fantastic and looked brand new. The repairs made sense and were applicable to the damage on the vehicle. Team was great about communication and answering questions. Only downside was initial appointment was rescheduled, but that was communicated through a voicemail.

Caliber gave regular updates about the progress of the work being done. They coordinated the rental return from their location. They wahed the vehicle and the repair work looked like new! Customer service from the front desk to the estimator, to final inspection were all friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience!

Disappointed the wheel feels super tight & Stiff to where it doesn’t feel right what so ever. Called them to tell them I’m dropping the vehicle back off as it feels like it was not repaired correctly. Very dissatisfied
