The bumper should have been completely replaced rather than the deep scuffs just attempted to be buffed out. The deep gouges can still be seen when looking closely and can be felt when running you fingers across them. The bumper is not in the condition it was in before the accident, which is what it should be. One of the license plate lights was damaged in the removal process of repairing the back gate and it will not stay in place. I informed the associate upon pick up and was informed they would order it and call me to pick up the next week but have not heard from them. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that the associate assigned to my case was on vacation and they would have the manager call me about the issue. I never received a call from the manager.
