The repair was not only done on time and very professionally, but the coordination between Caliber and Enterprise Car Rental was superb. The young lady that was overseeing my truck repair keep me informed at all times and even updated an extension to my rental vehicle. Couldn’t be happier!!!

The receptionist was nice and immediately handled all my needs. Ms. Samantha Brown was professional and made my collision appraisal in an appropriate amount of time. She called me throughout the repairs to let me know what step in the repair process I was in. I also received text from the company keeping me updated when things changed. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the company and will refer my family and friends to them for any needs!
