I'm glad to have chosen them verse after repair auto shops. I just wish I could have received my vehicle back sooner, but glad to have it back now. Staff at Caliber collision are 1 in a million. Very helpful, polite and informative when asking questions. Plus help with payment arrangement options for their customers. I so needed that .

I was highly satisfied. From start to finish this was hassle free and everyone was extremely nice. Andrew was the gentleman who was taking care of my vehicle and was extremely appreciative of his kindness and how he made sure I was satisfied with the repairs done to my vehicle. I like to make sure ones like him get recognized because it’s not as common for people to show such great customer service and professionalism.

I worked with Caliber Collision of Olive Branch, MS. They were upfront and fair with the cost of fixing my hood and roof on my truck. When it was completed it looked great. They were able to complete the task a week earlier than expected.
