Great work! I just wish people that answer the phone or a little nicer. The lady that I talk to when I drop my car off... I think her name was Samantha or, whoever was at the front desk, she was very rude; not the person who fix my car but the lady at the front desk.

Professional: Sharon at the front desk was phenomenal! She listened to my concerns, took care of me once I arrived and was sweet and pleasant the entire experience. I appreciated that very much! Sam (Samantha) was awesome, she kept me informed at every step of the entire estimate/repair expience, and answered all of my questions with patience and tact. I was "Wowed" by the great work done to restore my car to it's former self, if not better! Thank you Caliber Collision team in Olive Branch!

There was no communication at the beginning. For 4 weeks, I received no update or expected repair time. Once Caliber began work, I did receive regular updates. Caliber told me for the first 2-3 weeks that they were waiting on Liberty Mutual to give them the okay to repair my vehicle. They said that it was close to the DV and Liberty would not give them an answer on repairing it or not. I called my agent, and things began to move at that point. My agent said that repairs had already been authorized. It was a bit strange.
